The facility is located on the picturesque shoreline of the Chain O'Lakes, off Highway 10 between Stevens Point and Appleton.We are currently looking to fill three (3) part-time Nursing Assistant 2 - Weekend positions on our PM shift (1:45pm - 10:15pm). These are 60% FTE positions. These weekend position consist of a predetermined combination of shifts (pattern) on Friday, Saturday, Sunday and/or Monday between the hours of 6:00 a.m. Friday through 11:30pm Monday. (e.g. work Week 1: Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday, Week 2: Saturday and Sunday; or Friday, Saturday, Sunday every weekend; or Saturday, Sunday and Monday every weekend; etc.)Sign-On Bonus of $2000.00 for eligible employees who agree to remain in the position for one year ($1000 paid out on first paycheck, $1000 paid when permanent status has been attained).Add-on Pay: Employees in this program will receive an add-on of $5.00 per hour for all hours worked during qualifying periods, determined by the employing unit, between the hours of 6:00 a.m. Friday through 11:30 p.m. Monday; Employees who hold a current and valid certification as a nursing assistant who have successfully completed all required agency-specific training to provide direct care shall receive a $1.20 add-on for hours worked.Weekend Nursing Assistant positions are not eligible for personal holiday or paid legal holidays.
