Insurance Doesn’t Have to be Stressful

Just Throw a Stress Ball!

STRESS BALL FIGHT!!!

The friendly and fun welcome that I received from Society Insurance was incredible! We were able to go in just in time to see their Halloween decorations. It was clear for me to see that although work needs to get done, it can be in done in a fun way. Fond du Lac is so lucky to be able to have one of the “10 Best Companies for Employee Financial Security” located right in our community.

Small Details. Big Difference.

There are many opportunities to achieve a career at Society Insurance. One of their main goals is for their employees to create big differences with small details. At Society, they care about their employees entirely offering many benefits. We were able to see the fun activities that Society offers to their employees like Yoga sessions as well as Planking. There are ways in which the importance of being healthy is not left behind. They understand the importance of a work-life balance and allow employees to enjoy flexible scheduling options.

Outside of providing great benefits and an ideal work environment they are committed to helping their employees make a difference in their own careers as well. Society works with schools around the area to help those looking to build experience for a potential career. There is always an opportunity to learn something new as Society offers on-site classes, as well as offers tuition reimbursement benefits. One of the most important things for Society is to cultivate the upcoming insurance professionals. They work side-by-side with interns to equip them with the skills they need to be successful in their career. They offer internships in various departments, including from client claims to underwriting.

When looking for intern candidates, Society looks for students in their junior year of college.
